From raw compound to sealed penetration -- eight controlled steps.
Every step is performed in our own factory. No outsourced sub-processes, no gaps in traceability.
Step 01
Material Mixing
Halogen-free EPDM compound formulated in-house. Each batch tested for hardness, tensile strength, and elongation before release.
Step 02
Material Vulcanization
Compound cured under controlled temperature and time to achieve target cross-link density and mechanical properties.
Step 03
Module Block Moulding
Vulcanized compound pressed into module blocks using in-house CNC-machined molds. Cavity dimensions checked against engineering drawing.
Step 04
Concentric Layer Making
Step-core concentric layers built into each block, allowing one module size to seal multiple cable diameters.
Step 05
Module Assembly
Concentric-layer blocks bonded and reinforced into complete sealing modules, ready for sizing operations.
Step 06
Module Cutting
Assembled modules precision-cut to final module width, matched to standard 120-frame layer increments.
Step 07
Trimming & Grinding
Flash removed and sealing faces ground smooth. Parting lines inspected under magnification -- no rough edges on sealing surfaces.
Step 08
Assemble & Packing
Modules matched to frames, compression tested, and packed to export standard. Each carton labelled with batch and traceability data.

Seven inspection checkpoints -- nothing ships unchecked.
