MCT Rectangular Sealing Modules · S1 / S2 / S3

One module family, one cable-range logic, sized to fit the rectangular cut-out you already have.

S1, S2, and S3 modules share the same channel geometry and cable-range steps across three depths — 60 mm, 40 mm, and 30 mm — so a shallower or deeper frame does not force a redesign. Cable diameters from 3 mm to 99 mm are covered across the size range.

Check your frame's channel pitch and available depth against the cross-reference table below. Module depth (L) must match or fit inside the frame cavity.

S1 series — center plug, L = 60 mm

Full depth modules for standard rectangular frame cavities. Each model covers a fixed cable-range window; select by the diameter you need to seal.

Shallower-depth variants

S2 (L = 40 mm) and S3 (L = 30 mm)

Same cable-range logic as S1, in shorter and lighter bodies, for frames where cavity depth is limited. Cable range across the S2/S3 line covers 3–32 mm.
